These Terms of Use govern access to nexocard.cc and any related virtual card or physical card request, wallet connection, payment, or support service. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and be permitted to use digital assets and payment cards in your location. To receive a card you must complete the identity verification described in the section titled “Identity verification (KYC) and legal requirements.” You may not use the service if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in a prohibited jurisdiction, or otherwise barred by law or card network rules.
Nexo Card provides a website interface intended to let eligible users connect a wallet on one of our 14 supported networks and pay the stated card price using a supported token on that network. The list of accepted tokens is published on the Nexo Card homepage and may be changed at any time, and request either a virtual card for online purchases or a physical card for in store and ATM use. Card issuance, production, delivery, payment network access, conversion, settlement, and transaction authorization may depend on regulated third parties and are not guaranteed.
The virtual and physical cards offered through the website are issued and serviced by a regulated card-issuing partner acting as the card provider, which may be an e-money institution or other licensed payment institution. That issuer is responsible for card issuance, identity verification, payment network access, settlement, and cardholder servicing under its own terms. Nexo Card operates the website and the wallet-connection experience; Nexo Card does not custody card balances and does not act as a bank. Cardholder terms, rewards, cashback, and ATM withdrawal limits are set by the card provider, may vary by region, and are subject to the card provider's rules and applicable law. By requesting a card you also agree to the card provider's cardholder terms presented during issuance. As advertised on the website, the card offers a cashback reward of up to 2% on eligible purchases and, for physical cards, free ATM withdrawals up to €2,000 per month; both are set by the card provider, apply only to eligible activity, and are subject to the card provider's rules, regional availability, and applicable law.
The Nexo Virtual Card is a one time $2 payment made in a supported token on a supported network. The Nexo Physical Card is a one time $5 payment made in a supported token on a supported network, which covers the card and its delivery. The price is the same on either path. There is no monthly Nexo Card membership fee for either card.
The exact token amount depends on the current conversion rate. Network transaction (gas) fees, foreign exchange costs, issuer fees, payment network assessments, merchant charges, refunds, chargebacks, or other third party costs may apply. Any additional amount charged through the website must be disclosed before you approve payment.
Physical card orders require a delivery address. Cards typically ship within one to two business days and commonly arrive within five to ten business days, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Nexo Card. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and for any customs duty or import charge that applies in your country.
Your card spending is limited by your available balance and the card provider's controls. No fixed daily spending cap is advertised; actual availability depends on card balance, merchant rules, issuer controls, network limits, security checks, transaction type, applicable law, and geographic restrictions.
You control your wallet and are responsible for reviewing every connection request, signature request, network selection, asset, recipient address, amount, network fee, and transaction before approval. Only the 14 networks listed on the Nexo Card homepage are supported. Assets held on other networks are not accepted. Confirming that the network and asset shown on the payment screen match the wallet you are paying from is your responsibility. A connection request should not itself authorize a transfer. Nexo Card will never require your recovery phrase or private key.
Because the card is issued by a regulated payment institution, you must complete an identity verification before your card is issued and activated. This typically involves confirming your full name, date of birth, country of residence, and a government-issued identification document, and may include a facial image or a short live video used to match you to your document. A delivery address is required for physical card orders only, because the card must be posted to you. The issuer may also apply anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and fraud checks, and may ask for further information or refuse to issue a card where required by law. No statement on the website overrides applicable law, sanctions screening obligations, card network rules, fraud controls, or the issuer's requirements.
You may use the service and any issued card only for lawful personal or business purchases permitted by the issuer, merchant, network, and applicable law. You are responsible for taxes, reporting duties, and the legality of your transactions.
You may not use Nexo Card for fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, trafficking, ransomware, malware, phishing, unauthorized access, stolen payment credentials, deceptive merchant activity, illegal gambling, unlawful goods or services, financing prohibited activity, cash cycling, card testing, or any attempt to conceal the proceeds of crime.
You may not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or use a wallet or funds you do not control.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, immediate issuance, delivery within a fixed time, acceptance by every merchant, compatibility with every wallet, availability of any particular network, or access in every jurisdiction. Merchants, issuers, processors, wallet providers, and card networks may decline or restrict transactions.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Sending an unsupported asset, sending a token from a network that is not supported, selecting the wrong network, approving an incorrect recipient, or losing wallet access may cause permanent loss. You must review transaction details carefully. Nexo Card is not responsible for loss caused by user error, wallet compromise, network congestion, chain reorganization, smart contract failure, or third party wallet behavior except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Refund eligibility for the $2 virtual card price or the $5 physical card price depends on whether issuance, production, or shipping has begun or completed, and on applicable law. Once a physical card has been produced or dispatched, a refund may not be available. Merchant refunds, card transaction disputes, and chargebacks may be handled by the issuer or payment processor under separate rules. To request a refund or raise a dispute, contact us using the details in the Contact section.
Report a lost or stolen physical card as soon as possible so it can be frozen or cancelled where that function is available. Replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged card may require a further payment. Nexo Card is not liable for transactions made on a card before it is reported.
The Nexo Card name, website content, interface, and original visual elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website only for its intended purpose and may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a misleading imitation except as allowed by law.
The website and service are provided on an available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexo Card disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nexo Card does not provide banking, investment, tax, or legal advice and does not guarantee that a card arrangement is lawful or suitable in your jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexo Card and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from use of the website, wallet software, blockchain networks, merchants, issuers, processors, shipping providers, or card networks. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains governed by applicable law.
Access may be restricted or terminated to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, respond to issuer or network instructions, or enforce these Terms. Prohibited transactions may be rejected and reported where required by law.
These Terms may be updated as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
The service is operated by Nexocard CC together with the regulated card-issuing partner described in the Card Provider Terms section. The operator's full legal entity details, registered address, governing law, and dispute forum will be published on this page before live orders are accepted. The card provider's cardholder terms, presented during issuance, apply to the card itself.
